Insurance Participation

Alert: Please note that we do not participate with Medicare Advantage plans, unless they are BlueCross/BlueShield.  We also do not participate with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, or any Medicaid plans other than Maryland.

Beginning April 1, 2023, we will transition to a concierge model for new patient appointments for patients with BlueCross/BlueShield insurance coverage.  Any appointments that are made on or after April 1st will be subject to an additional concierge fee for all patients covered (primary insurance) under any BlueCross/BlueShield plan.   Please click here to read the details of this new policy.

Please contact us if you do not see your insurance company listed. The name shown on your card may be the benefit administrator rather than the company that the policy is with. Commercial carriers do not require participating provider contracts and are not listed but generally have excellent coverage for sleep studies. Please contact us if you have questions. We are happy to help you check your benefits in advance.

The front desk staff answers phone calls between 9:00am and 12 noon, and between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Callers for the front desk outside those hours can leave voicemail messages, which are picked up throughout the day.
